The Company’s policy to conduct business with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as well as awareness and importance in supporting activities for staffs, society and the surrounding community around Nakhon Ratchasima and and nearby provinces. Accodding to policy, the company has participated in the follow Corporate Social Responsibility activities:
Our response to COVID-19
During Covid-19 situation, we found that many places such as schools hospitals and other organizations have shortage needed equipments. And during such a hard time like this SANGUAN WONGSE GROUP want to be a part of helping hand to local communities.
On 27 Mar 2020:
1. SWI donated 8 assistive devices (medical devices), 4000 pieces of masks and NP room for patients to Maharat Nakhon Ratchsima hospital.
2. SWI donated 1,000 pieces of masks to medical team of Thepparat Hospital Nakhon Ratchasima.
3. SWI donated 2,000 pieces of masks to medical team at Suranaree Technology Hospital.
On 30 Mar 2020
1.SWI donated 900 pieces of masks to Surin Hospital.
2.SWI donated 1,000 pieces of masks to Pattani Hospital. (by Postal delivery)
On 4 Apr 2020 SWI donated 25 Lites of Alcohol hand sanitiser to 3 communities near by company. (Ban Nong Bua Sala, Ban Nong Pling and Ban Nong Phluang).
SWI donated one of swab COVID-19 testing station to Thepparat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital and another one to Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital.
On 27 Apr 2020 SWI supported transportation to tranfer swab COVID-19 testing station to Wang Nam Khiao Hospital.
On 18 May 2020 SWI donated foods and daily used products to join "Tu Pun Suk project" at Nong Bua Sala Subdistrict Administrative Organization. This project is to support people who were suffered from losing job during COVID-19.
On 8 Jun 2020 SWI supported transportation to tranfer swab COVID-19 testing station to Bua Yai Hospital.
On 22 Jun 2020 SWI donated 40 Lites of Alcohol hand sanitiser to Meaung Nakhon Ratchasima school.
On 23 Jun 2020 SWI donated 10 Lites of Alcohol hand sanitiser and a themometer to Ban Nong Bua Sala school.

1. SWI donated 10 Lites of Alcohol hand sanitiser and a themometer to Ban Nong Phluang school.
2. SWI donated 10 Lites of Alcohol hand sanitiser and a themometer to Ang Nong Hean Pracha Samakee school.
3. SWI donated 10 Lites of Alcohol hand sanitiser and a themometer to Ban Nong Ta Khong school.

SANGUAN WONGSE BACK TO HOME
'Under the term of CSR-DIW and Green Industry : Level 4 (Ministry of Industry's project). The Company has collaborated with SWI's staffs who want to develop their hometown which be supported by SWI. This SWI's project operates on behalf of Local Development Support Project: "SANGUAN WONGSE KEIN TIN SAN FUN BAN HAO (SANGUAN WONGSE BACK TO HOME's project)".This project will seperate into 2 part:
1.Support community around factory such as schools, temples etc.
2.Development SWI staffs's hometown, the company want to building awareness of employee participation in helping their own community; The company will let staffs propose their own projects, and the company will consider on the support.

2.1 Wat Ban Nongbuasala School: Promoting a love of literacy in children's project - donate interesting books.
2.2 Ban Nong Phluang School: Support on set up a welding training class for students. The students were trained by SWI staffs.
2.3 Ang Nong Nair Pracha Samak-kee School: Support on set up a making Thai herbal juice training class for students.
2.4 Nong Talum Puk School: Helping school organize traffic control systems in school area.

Almshouse & Donations
Almshouse is one of the charitable activities that Thai people often do when we have Buddha days, public holidays or other special events. And to inherit culture, the company is always welcome to support all the invitation on this activities.
And beside almshouse's activities, we also always like to join or attend many charity donations to support society and the surrounding community.

On 20 Feb 2020: donate books to Wat Ban Nongbuasala School.
On 21 Feb 2020: donate used desk calendar to The Nakhon Ratchasima School for the blind, so they can make Braille teaching materials for the blinds.
On 4 Apr 2020: donate sports equipment and money to support building playing field with member of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization Council Moo 4.
On 5 Aug 2020: donate 3,000 THB to association of the physically handicapped of Nakhon Ratchasima to suport on the enhance the quality of life of the disabled and the elderly project.
Children's Day activities 2020
CSR In the Fence focus on engagement activities ,that stakeholder in the level of individual department organization and volunteer, also connected with CSR Around the fence in other occasions, in the framework of Happy Workplace 8 dimentions (Office of Health Promotion Fund (Thai Health Promotion Foundation) in collaboration with the Federation of Thai Industries Nakhon Ratchsima province) i.g. Happy Body, Happy Heart, Happy Relax, Happy Brain, Happy Soul, Happy Money, Happy Family and Happy Society
Children's Day activities 2020 is a main part of Happy Family. Every year SWI creates activity for employee's children and support things or donate budget to school or other organization that still need help. We hope we could be a part of youth development.
Increasing the green area for society and environment
Increasing green space is one of the projects according to the company 's sustainability policy which has been conducted in various communities in Nakhon Ratchasima's area with the activities of employees who volunteers to join the reforestation project to help and reduce global warming and as well as supports the Carbon Footprint Project.

On 25 Sep 2019 The company participates "Project of increasing green space in the city and community of Nakhon Ratchasima Province 2019" to plant young plant at Phut Sa Subdistrict, Mueang, Nakhon Ratchasima. This project held by Provincial Office for Natural Resources and Environment Nakhon Ratchasima together with Provincial Tourism Sports and Recreation Nakhon Ratchasima.

Community relations activities
Community Relations Project held to publicize knowledge and understanding about the company's environmental management system. And the company would like to hear about environmental issues that are likely to arise in the community such as odor, waste water, dust, etc.
To build trust, understanding and create coordination channels as a result, it can reduce the environmental problems that may arise. And to prevent problems from recurring complies with international standard ISO14000 (Environmental Management System).

1. Invite the communities that close to the factory to participate in activities. These 4 villages; 1.Nong Bua Sala 2.Ban Nong Phluang 3.Ban Nong Ping 4.Ban Nong Samong were invited.
2. Survey community opinion on environmental impact and the company gave information to local people how the company manage environmental in the factory.
3. Collect information and summarize the results of activities. Fix and improve the a pain point if it has.
